Credelio Quattro “Quattro Dog Contest” Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law.
1. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this contest ("Contest") is Elanco Animal Health Incorporated, 450 Elanco Circle Indianapolis, IN 46221 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account.
3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 27, 2026 ("Contest Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must have a public Instagram account. During the Contest Period, create and publish a new post on your Instagram Feed or Story featuring a photo of your dog with a Credelio Quattro product box. To be valid, your post must tag the official Sponsor account: @credelioquattrous. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a purchase, you may fill the form at bottom of this page. All other rules and requirements apply to the AMOE.
5. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: The submission must be your original work, feature your own pet, and must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, or violates the rights of any third party. Submissions must not contain any claims or statements regarding the health, safety, or effectiveness of the product, and must not contain the image or likeness of any human being.
6. WINNER SELECTION: Between February 16, 2026 – March 2nd, 2026, the official Sponsor will select up to 50 - 100 potential winners from all eligible submissions. The judges will designate up to 10 of the potential winners as potential Grand Prize winners and the remainder as potential Runner-Up Prize winners.
7. PRIZES:
- Grand Prize (~ 10 winners): Each Grand Prize winner will have their Submission considered for feature in a national television commercial for Credelio Quattro, scheduled to air on or about March 20, 2026, plus receive one (1) limited-edition swag box. The selection of which Submissions appear in the final commercial is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- Runner-Up Prize (~50 – 100 winners): Each Runner-Up Prize winner will receive one (1) limited-edition swag box.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message between February 16, 2026 – March 2nd, 2026. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days of notification. To be confirmed as a winner and be eligible for any prize, the potential winner will be directed to a secure web page where they must provide their contact and shipping information and affirmatively agree to the terms of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release by checking a confirmation box.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE GRANT:
a) License Grant for All Entrants: By submitting a Submission, each entrant grants to Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and comment on the Submission on Sponsor's social media channels in connection with the Contest.
b) Expanded License for Winners: As a condition of being awarded a prize, the execution of the Release Form or acceptance via confirmation box will grant Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Submission, in whole or in part, in any and all media, including television, for promotional and marketing purposes, without further compensation.
10. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purpose of administering this Contest.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or any other factor impairs its integrity.
12. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., including but not limited to, Instagram and Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
13. GOVERNING LAW: All issues shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
